so use spring street to get around. to georgia, use 16th. and as we talk about 16th, traffic not to bad. i'm hearing from folks on the ground reaching out to me because they got word of the incident, around 1:00, that gave people enough time to reach out to folks in d.c. before they make their way up to maryland so we avoid the major backlog between 5:00 and 6:00 to avoid this area. so with that said, we're not seeing too much of a traffic backup right now. it was really bad a couple of hours ago. so that is definitely the good news in all of this. metro is running as normal. silver spring metro station is open right now. back to you. >> we see people walking along ellsworth. that was one of the areas were things were sequestered and shut off when the real activity was going on as the hostage situation was unfolding. >> and montgomery county police still trying to canvass and clear the building before they let discovery people back in, many people who left purses and keys that they need to get home. but they were talking about two other poss
